Located in Shanghai, VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of VON ARDENNE GmbH (Germany) in China. The core business of this subsidiary includes equipment sales activities for architectural glass coatings, solar photovoltaics, precision optics, and other applications, as well as maintenance service and spare parts sales, support for project installations, and commissioning of VON AR­DENNE coating systems.

岗位职责

  • 与冯阿登纳总部的机械设计部门密切合作，为中国市场提供本地化的设计工程能力；
  • 与本地机械设计和项目团队共同管理机械设计项目和任务；
  • 根据技术、经济和时间表规范，为复杂的机械系统制定概念和详细设计图纸，并提前与包括全球工程、项目团队和合作伙伴/承包商在内的支持部门进行协调；
  • 与冯阿登纳的工艺、电气/软件、采购和装配部门密切合作，特别是与总部的设计工程部门进行密切沟通和信息交流；
  • 为供应链、制造和装配团队提供强有力的技术支持和文件支持；
  • 以工程专业知识和技术概念开发协助销售和服务团队；
  • 管理设计和审查流程，在预算范围内进行具有成本效益的开发；
  • 基于可重复制造流程的标准化和质量控制，批准并向制造和供应链发布设计文件；
  • 使用专业软件制作产品模型和图纸；
  • 研究新材料和开发方法；
  • 整理和维护现有工程记录；
  • 确保组件和装配符合适用的行业和业务标准。
Contribute own competencies

工作要求

  • 工业设计、机械工程或相关专业学士学位，真空工艺技术机械设备/系统设计专业优先，硕士学位更佳；
  • 5 年以上机械设计业务经验；
  • 优秀的 MS-Office 技能，熟练掌握 CAD 程序（如 SolidWorks 3D）；至少熟练掌握一种 3D 设计软件，最好是 AutoCAD/Inventor 和相关的 FEM；
  • 精通机械、电气和技术组件之间的相互作用；
  • 有真空镀膜工艺和环境经验者优先；
  • 熟知制造技术流程和相关制造成本结构，以实现成本优化的设计方案；
  • 具备良好的中英文口语和写作能力；会说德语者优先；
  • 能够出差和参加海外培训。
