Located in Shanghai, VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of VON ARDENNE GmbH (Germany) in China. The core business of this subsidiary includes equipment sales activities for architectural glass coatings, solar photovoltaics, precision optics, and other applications, as well as maintenance service and spare parts sales, support for project installations, and commissioning of VON AR­DENNE coating systems.

岗位职责

  • 了解冯阿登纳真空镀膜系统（PVD）和辅助设备的功能；
  • 安装冯阿登纳真空镀膜系统（PVD，主要是溅射技术）和辅助设备；
  • 了解客户的技术要求；.
  • 为客户提供电话、电子邮件和现场支持，包括下班后；.
  • 帮助客户发现问题、排除故障并分析技术和工艺问题
  • 采取纠正措施；
  • 与冯阿登纳在中国和总部的服务部门沟通；
  • 根据公司指导原则进行报告
  • 冯阿登纳服务部门指派的其他任务。
Contribute own competencies

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历；
  • 2 年以上外企或合资企业服务工程师工作经验；
  • 精通计算机硬件和软件（Microsoft Windows、Microsoft Office、电子邮件）；
  • 精通 PVD 真空镀膜系统的机械和电气部分；
  • 具有使用溅射沉积的卷对卷真空镀膜机的经验优先；
  • 具备机械和电气部件的的基础知识；
  • 能够以客户和团队为导向开展工作；
  • 良好的沟通技能；
  • 具备良好的中英文口语和写作能力；会说德语者更佳；
  • 独立工作能力强，无需直接支持和监督；
  • 以客户为导向，具有解决问题的工作作风；
  • 树立并维护冯阿登纳卓越的企业形象；
  • 适应国内外出差。
